Kelley rejoined the York County District Attorney’s Office in October of 2013 as Senior Deputy Prosecutor. She currently heads the Major Crimes Unit, which handles the prosecution of most felony offenses. Kelley was previously with DA’s Office from 2004 through 2007, during which time she was eventually named Chief Deputy Prosecutor of the Special Case Unit, specializing in child abuse.
Between 2007 and 2013, Kelley served as Deputy Attorney General with the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office where she was assigned to the Appeals & Legal Services Section, as well as the Insurance Fraud Section. In 2010, Kelley was awarded the Attorney General’s Award for Excellence by then-Attorney-General Thomas W. Corbett. Kelley also served a two-year clerkship with for the Honorable Thomas G. Saylor, Jr., of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court following her graduation from the Dickinson School of Law in 2002.
