Amy S. Eyster graduated from Susquehana University in 2004, with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Sociology. Attorney Eyster then went on to receive a Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law, Harrisburg Campus, where she participated in the schools civil law clinic and was the Vice President of the Phi Alpha Delta fraternity.
Attorney Eyster began her legal career at the Worker's Compensation Appeal Board in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. In June of 2008, she was hired by Mr. Rebert as a Deputy Prosecutor in the York County District Attorney's Office. She became part of the Special Case Unit in early 2009. Attorney Eyster was promoted to Senior Deputy Prosecutor, of the Special Case Unit in 2010 by Mr. Kearney. She is affiliated with the York County, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations.
