Graduated Juniata College, Huntingdon, Pa. 1976. B.S. Political Science/Business/German. J.D. University of Baltimore 1979. Admitted in Pa. and Md. Private practice 1980-84. York County Public Defender's office 1984-2009. York County District Attorney's office effective Jan. 2010. In his spare time, Dave is a tutor with the York County Literacy Council.
