Senior Deputy Prosecutor
Duane Ramseur graduated from the Pennsylvania State University, University Park with
a Bachelors Degree in Political Science and a Bachelors Degree in English in 2004.
Attorney Ramseur went on to receive his J.D. from the Pennsylvania State University,
The Dickinson School of Law in 2007. While in law school, Attorney Ramseur was the
Managing Editor for the Journal of American Arbitration and his work was published in
2006 and again in 2007. Mr. Ramseur graduated from The Penn State Dickinson School
of law with a certificate in Dispute Resolution and Advocacy.
Attorney Ramseur began his legal career working as a Judicial Law Clerk to the
Honorable Linda K.M. Ludgate in the Berks County Court of Common Pleas. In 2008,
Attorney Ramseur joined the York County District Attorney’s Office as a Trial Deputy
Prosecutor. In 2010, Attorney Ramseur was promoted to Senior Deputy Prosecutor as
the head of the Appellate Division. Attorney Ramseur not only practices in all of the
Pennsylvania State Appellate Courts, but is also certified to practice in the United States
District Courts for the Western and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the United
States Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
